Our builder says this is the first 14-month screened porch he's ever done - thanks to the weather. And by the time it got done, the weather had turned chilly - not ideal conditions for testing a ceiling fan. But we did crank it up a few times, and it really does move air! It should be a real blessing next summer. We got a white one, and it absolutely disappears against the ceiling. The light works well, too; we put in a low-wattage bulb to avoid attracting the bugs we're trying to keep out, so we'll plan to do more talking than reading there.

I bought these to update the dining room in our restaurant. They are very attractive, somewhat modern and clean lines. I am very happy with my purchase. As for the installation, our electrician installed them...so I'm not sure.
