We've not even finished restoring the dining room in our 1924 home, and we're already getting compliments on this fan. I couldn't say enough great things about it. It went together easily, none of the parts were ill-fitting, even by a millimeter. We preferred the longer blades, and we flush mounted it as we have 8-foot ceilings. If you want bright light, this might not be the fixture for you, but we like the ambiance it creates. Worth every penny.

This was the ONLY fan I could find that looked good and sort of fancy that would fit in my small kitchen. I had to remove one that had fans that were way too long for the area and would hit the cabinet doors. Fortunately, there were many other areas for the one I had in the kitchen that didn't fit. Great company!
