The free shipping was great, but UPS had a bogus weight listed (100 lbs relisted to 850 lbs!!!!) I could have carried both boxes myself, but because of the mistake, they shipped it UPS Freight in a giant truck that couldn't come up our driveway. So I had to drive down to meet the truck in my car, drive the boxes and the driver up in my own car, etc. etc. God knows how much they soaked Lighting Universe for his, but it was a big, protracted pain for me. The chandelier is perfect, btw.
