I am really disappointed in the chair...it looks great but the back is really stiff and it squeaks every time you sit down or move in it. I really could not recommend it to anyone. We had a really hard time getting the arms on which makes me wonder if there is a real problem with the back of the chair.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
