• Patented heavy gauge stainless rotisserie cradle with exclusive lock arm system which safely and effectively secures meat and allows you to remove individual pieces of meat when they are done without removing the entire unit from the heat

• Special 5 position adjustment system on both ends to effortlessly move food closer or further from the heat by raising or lowering either end independently
• Maintenance free, self lubricating “oil-light” bearing system to ensure years of service without the worry of the adjustment system seizing up
• Heavy duty commercial 110 UL approved 2 RPM direct drive motor which eliminates the problems of chain drives
