I bought the Bliss Table Lamp as an alternative desk lamp to put next to my computer. I needed something brighter than a regular table lamp and this is perfect for the job. I did not want a traditional desk/task lamp with halogen or fluorescent. The Bliss Table Lamp has sockets for two 60-watt bulbs with a separate pull chain for each side. The shade is off-white fabric so it is bright! It came well-packaged and with a diagram of how to put together (which was quite easy -- just put on the shade, then the washers, the the metal diffuser, then screw on the top metal finials). The bottom has rubber feet so you won't scratch your wood tables. It is modern and clean looking and I'm very happy with it. The only thing wrong is that one of the metal posts is a a tiny bit crooked/off making the whole lamp slightly lopsided. However I'm probably the only person who would notice (isn't it always that way??) Great value for the price!

The lamp itself is beautiful. It fits in with almost any decor and enhances our offices with a wamer light.

I bought this lamp for my desk. Love that I have the option of turning 1 or both bulbs on. Very cool looking lamp. Great quality for price.
